In-person events are coming back in full force. Unfortunately, so is their massive carbon footprint.
In the past two years, we’ve seen that virtual hosting considerably reduces the impact of events on the environment. This is one of the many reasons some event organizers have still stuck with virtual events after the pandemic abated. But is there a way to make on-site events follow their suit as well? Is an ‘eco-friendly on-site event’ even possible?
There’s a way to find out. vFairs is collaborating with Interprefy to host an upcoming virtual conference that demystifies the ‘eco-friendly on-site event’. The Returning to More Eco-Friendly On-Site Events conference goes live on June 7 at 10 AM EST and 3 PM UK time. It’s featuring speakers from Interprefy, Event Industry News, isla, and vFairs as they share the strategies and adjustments they make for more sustainable on-site events.
Register for the event: interprefy.vfairs.com
The talk will also offer live captions in Spanish, French, Italian, and German, and also live interpretation in Italian and Dutch courtesy of Interprefy.
Watch the live session from the auditorium and head to the exhibit hall to explore their companies as well. You can also visit the vFairs booth to learn more about our in-person events offering and mobile app.
The session will cover:
