This event is highly practical, relevant, and interactive. Participants will benefit from real-world examples, interactive discussion, practical tools, and actionable steps that they can immediately begin implementing to more successfully recruit and retain culturally diverse talent in their organization.
Mohamad Fakih, CEO & President of Paramount Fine Foods, and Matt Adolphe, leading expert on Canadian workplace culture, will be the keynote speakers delivering practical and applicable solutions for the Canadian workforce.
Laurie Hauer, Director of Program and Services at EMCN, said, “By 2031, it is estimated that one in three workers will be born outside of Canada. This increasing cultural diversity in our workplaces requires that we effectively bring together people from around the world who have been shaped by different values, beliefs and experiences. For successful organizations, intercultural competence is no longer a nice to have; it is absolutely essential.”
Muhammad Younas, the CEO and Founder at vFairs, said, “Workplace diversity is an important issue. Companies like EMCN are doing excellent work in this regard and making the world a better place. I’m glad our platform could help them get their message across to as many employers as possible.
