SAS Response times over phone and chat need an improvement

I have tried to contact SAS for days and each time i tried i had to wait between 1,5-2 hours. Who can spend hours waiting in a phone queue? And whom is willing to wait  this time in a chat - where you are forced to actively acknowlege your still interested in talking to some one every 15 minutes.  When do you aim to improve this SAS? Of course it is nothing that a cost issue - Especially after the last years pandemic... But still
Customers allways need some careing...
